SharePoint One to One Relationship in PowerApps

Greetings,

I'm trying to understand how to implement an app that uses two SharePoint lists. I have the lookup in the lists working correctly.

This is a one to one relationship and I want all fields from both lists to show in a single form. Is this possible?

I understand how to relate two lists and display both correctly as two separate galleries but not in the same form so the user doesn't know it's two separate lists.

The second part I'm struggling to wrap my head around is when the user requests a new entry be added. Since the primary item doesn't exist, there isn't an ID to associate the second list with. In this case do I need to allow the user to create the primary entry then, once saved so I have an ID, then create the child item and allow the user to edit it?

Thank you in advance.
