Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and Power Automate so please forgive me if I have posted in the incorrect location.

I have a requirement to trigger a word document based on a Microsoft forms submission. The template should act as a 'review' of the responses and give certain action points based on various responses to questions. If I can then have this template saved into one drive and emailed then this would be a bonus.

Does anyone have any ideas or articles that can point me in the right direction? Thus far I have built the form and a flow to input basic data into the word template. I just cannot figure out how to trigger an 'action point' based on a certain response.
