It really is time to open a ticket with Microsoft Support. It seems like the Update they did 3 days ago has messed yours up.
1. I would go into the App and republish it, and then try to share again
-Also if it uses flows, its possible they could be messed up from the updates, so check all your flows
After you check everything and re-create connections and publish APP etc, if it still doesn't work please open a ticket, as its possibly a back end issue that we won't be able to= help with , passed what I gave you
