Users can't connect Teams to power flow

Hello Everyone,

I manage an Entra ID tenant. I have some users that are trying to various connect to Power flows in Teams. When they do, they get either "Access token is empty", "OAuth connection failed" or a generic "Something went wrong".

Does anyone have any idea how to go from here? We have tried to restart Teams, re-install Teams, use the web version (Chrome and Edge).

Google has not been the biggest help...

Any help greatly appreciated.

    Could you try this?

Go to Power Automate > Data > Connections.
Locate the affected connection (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
If it says “Needs Reauthentication”, click Fix Connection and sign in again.

Thanks for taking the time to answer, I appreciate that.

We went to https://make.powerautomate.com/ and couldn't see the apps, but they were present under https://make.powerapps.com/. I assume they are the same? In https://make.powerapps.com/ the apps were showing as connected. The attached picture is from https://make.powerapps.com/

I was wondering what you think about removing the Teams connection and adding it again? The only thing I am worried about is existing flows breaking, and not working after adding the connection again, potentially causing a bigger issue.

Sorry @StretchFredrik, I was a bit too quick.

So Power Apps and Power Automate are not the same I guess. The connections were not present in https://make.powerautomate.com/ so we added them and now it works perfectly.

Once again, thanks for your time! Your suggestion definitely helped me in the right direction.
