Creating relationships in power apps

Hello Community,

I am new to power apps and have hit a wall with my understanding. We have two tables one with Products Purchased and another with Organizations. In the Organization table there are main and site locations. We have an Organization number that defines which site goes with a main location and a Location number that defines the site these are both text columns. The behavior we are trying to achieve is to be able to show the purchased products for the main and site locations within a subgrid. I have set up a one to many relationship between the tables which works and shows the products on one of the locations within the organization. Is there a way to show the same information in the subgrid for the main and site locations? Ive been looking into many to many relationships but as i understand this works with the guids created by power apps and I dont see a way to define which column I want to put the relationship on.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @donaldking ,

Based on your description above I would look at a data model similar to the following:

With this approach you would have the ability to have a sub-grid of the products purchased on the Location table and be able to see the locations that have purchased the products.

I am happy to discuss this in more detail but the above seems to align.
