Show/Hide fields in powerapps still shows the white space are making fields invisble

When I select the check box the lable and fields are visible
 
 
When I uncheck the checkbox both the label and text box are NOT visible, but the white space is there and not adjusting itself

    Use a vertical container and place all your controls in it, do any changes you wish to make. 
    Once a control is hidden the rest will flow automatically to fill up the space

    In Vertical container everything is aligned to the left. I have no control on how to adjust the fields

    I have written following code and its working or adjusting the container
     
    If( chkPolicyException.Value ,true,false  && cnt55.Height=71)
