    Hello,

what file are you trying to add? It seems that probably the file that you're attaching is corrupted - it cannot be indexed somehow. Or if it's a PDF with an image - it's not supported yet. See docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/knowledge-add-file-upload.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

Not just PDF, any attachment. I created a word document on purpose and I just type 'ABCD' for the content. Same error. It just does not allows me to atatched any files.
It works the the same PDF if it save it in the sharepoint drive and Copilot read from the folder. But I need some topic to point to specific documents as reference.

    Hello,

seems like an error related to an agent itself. Have you tried to recreate it and upload the files?

Then I don't know what's happening, to be honest. I'm able to upload the files to the chatbot. Maybe try to switch the web browser?

    Best regards,
