Blue dot over custom logo?

Why does the custom logo not load into the published chatbot? Instead I just see a blue dot?

    Are you publishing and using the chatbot inside Teams or custom website?
     
    Can you try uploading a new image with the support format and size.
     
     
    Refer the below link:
     
    After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere.
     
    Also In Copilot Studio, go to the chatbot's settings and reupload the desired icon image. This may resolve any issues with pathing or cached values. Sometimes, browsers cache images and elements, so any changes made to the icon may not reflect immediately. Try clearing the browser cache or checking in incognito mode.
