Ask a question in which the options are values retrieved from Excel

I made a Power Automate to get some values from Excel. After calling the action in PVA I want to formulate a question in which the list of options are the variables I retrieve from Excel, but I can't put these variables as options. How can I fix that

I'm not aware of a way to achieve this in the current released PVA.  In the upcoming PVA unified canvas solution however, there will be a mechanism for the user to prompt with an adaptive card.  The adaptive card will be able to be generated dynamically at runtime with an expression, so you may be able to achieve your goal.  I do not have a sample for this to share however.
