Missing fields disrupt Flow

Hello fine community!

I'm using AI form processing in a flow where I upload an PDf-file which is an order confirmation of a purchase of various items to my workplace (Warehouse), then i extract the information and then the flow creates the item to my SP list.

The problem I've is that sometimes one field in the PDF-File is missing for example the delivery date can be missing on some items which results that my flow can't be completed since the "cell" can't be blank.

I'ld like to insert maybe a text value (N/A) if the item for that column should be empty instead of canceling the flow

Is there a workaround this? Maybe an Dynamic If expression could solve my problem?

In your training set, add more samples where that field has values as well samples where it comes blank
