Disconnect Table to Partylist / Filter Required Attendee's

Hi all,

Is there a way to disconnect or remove a table from a partylist?

I added a Table that i created myself and enabled and relationship to a partylist, but now i want to remove the Table from the list so it no longer appears when creating a Activity.

The options are greyed out so unable to unselect.

Any other way of doing this?

Or Is it possible to filter Required and optional attendee's so it ignores this Table that i created?

I have the same question (0)

I am confused when you say party list what I can see from your screenshot that is you linked activities to your table and unfortunately you can't undo that, if this is a new table best advise is to delete the table and redo it over again.

If you can share a screen shot may be I have a better context .

    Hi there,

Maybe I've confused things a little.

In my Timeline I have added Activities to it. When adding a Meeting, phone call or email there is a "Regarding" or "To" column to put in who the activity is being sent to.

This "regarding" column is a lookup column that looks up Accounts. This is all the default settings set up by Dataverse and I haven't changed anything.

This Regarding column looks up my contacts and organisations but i don't want it to include the organisations. Is there a way of doing this? I've looked at the relationships in Accounts but there doesn't seem to be one with Organisations.

Thanks for your clarification to be able to do this you will need a JavaScript function to be called on the form load that limits the entities/tables displayed as lookup

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/model-driven-apps/clientapi/reference/controls/setentitytypes

    In your case.

    formContext.getControl("from').setEntityTypes(["contact]);

    Hello All

im also facing the same issue and here the javascript code not working for me.

my issue is with emails coming to mail boxes in CRM. Here to field of email is getting associated with the all entity type records if the records are having same email address as queue (for ex if any contact has same email address as queue then, to field is getting populated with both contact and queue record )
