Cannot delete app from PowerApps Admin Center

Hello All,

I am trying to delete a testing app which was created by other user and they are not using that application. When I go through Admin Center > Environment and then search for the user and it brings the app but when I click on Details it does not give me the option to delete. Some application I can delete and some I can not,

So how can I delete an app which is not giving me the option to delete?

Can anyone help me?

Hi @Anonymous

You might not have enough role/permissions to delete the app. You need to ask the owner of the app delete it (Even if you are the co-owner, you cannot delete it).

I am trying to delete the app from PowerApps Admin Center and I have a Global Privileges.

What I found is that I can delete the standared app, but I cannot delete SharePoint forms?

I do not know what SharePoint forms App type means.

In the Admin Center, there is an App Type column which shows the 2 types of apps in my case.
1. Standard - Which I can delete
2. Sharepoint Form - Which I cannot delete

And I want to know why I am not able to delete SharePoint Form Application.

Hi @Anonymous

Got it. So Sharepoint forms apps are those when you customise a form of a Sharepoint List through the powerapps editor. If you want to delete these, you will have to delete the Sharepoint List corresponding to these form apps. If it is a trial environemnt that you were testing these things, I recommend to go to the Sharepoint list and delete that and come back to the admin center and check again.

Hi @Anonymous ,
What you want to delete is SharePoint custom form, not a standalone app.
If you want to delete it, you should not be in Admin Center.
You could delete it here:
open your sharepoint list->list settings->form settings->delete custom form

Hi @Anonymous ,
I've made a similar test and found the same problem like your description.
Yes, even if you have deleted the custom form, it is still in the list of resource in admin center.
But it has been indeed deleted.
As the "Use a custom form created in PowerApps" choice becomes disabled after you deleting the custom form.
