Owner cannot see PowerApps

I have a user who is the owner of 6 PowerApps in our developer/sandbox environment. However he can only see 3 of the apps he has created.

I logged on as the admin account through Power Platform Admin Centre checked the environment and apps, I can see the 6 apps and confirm that he is the owner of these.

What could be the reason as to why he cannot see the apps in this environment when he is the owner and why he can only see half of the apps?

Good Day!
Did you manage to resolve this issue?
Is the user accessing PowerApps Mobile App or the web version?

Please see if the Apps are shared to User.
Also pass the App URLs - Web links as in screen shot below to see if the user is able to access the App.

If the User is able to access the Apps via URL and still don't see under My Apps area. Re-share the Apps again and check once.
