What are free trial limitations?

I'm on the free trial of Microsoft Copilot Studio and I'm trying to find out what the limitations are. If I launch a Copilot publicly on my custom website, how often can it get used in terms of free trial subscription limits?

I see in the documentation that it says the following but doesn't say specifically the number of billed sessions included in the trial subscription:

Copilot Studio trial does not have limitation beside the 30 days limit. You can use all the features and have unlimited number of sessions. However, if you start having a LOT of traffic on your bot it will get throttled and get significantly slower.
