Change recipients of warning mail "Database Capacity lower than 15%"

Hi,

We have recently got a warning mail, that the storage capacity is low. I know this and already took action, but a lot of employees in my organisation also got this mail. Also people who do nothing with Power Platform or IT stuff. Can I somehow change the Mail address to a central mailbox for us in the IT?

Hi @StephanPrnb ,

Actually, according to the official doc, only tenant admins, Power Platform admins, and Dynamics 365 admins will receive email notification on a weekly basis.
For now, there is no option for a customer to opt-out of these notifications or delegate these notifications to someone else. All admins types listed above will automatically receive these notifications.

To conclude, these users will still receive emails unless they are not the admins listed above in your tenant.

I have done some investigation and it seems that behind the scenes there is also a hardcoded email, something like concat("admin@", domain). Out of some historical reasons in our tenant the "admin@" address is a shared mailbox belonging to Company administration and not internal IT administration. Therefore also other people get those notifications...

If the notifications would only be sent based on user assigned roles there would be no problem, but for me it seems like there is something hardcoded...
