AI Builder is not currently supported in the region that hosts your environment. Choose a different environment, or create a new environment in a supported region.

I have signed up for community Plan. I have selected the Region as United States. Once Environment is provisioned. I have added Database to that environment. Once it is done it is showing the error message like below.

Can someone help me what to do ?

I just want to try out AI Builder features.

    Totally understood your confusion. You're not alone on this question 🙂

     

    So in our document we do say we cover Asia, while most time our regions matches the geological concept, we have some exceptions. In Asia, there're a few countries that has specific compliance and data residency requirements, so we have separated them out, e.g. India, China. AI Builder isn't supported in India yet. We'll need to plan it based on our dependency services' readiness.

    @Norah thanks for your response. I have checked in the Power Platform Admin center even though I selected the region as the United States it is showing as India. But as per this documentation AI Builder is available in the Asia region.

    Still, I am facing the same error message. Any suggestions will be really appreciated.

    You can check this doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/availability-region for regions that support AI Builder. Based on your description, you should be able to use AI Builder in your environment. Could you double check if your environment's region is  United States and the database is successfully created? And when you click on AI Builder, could you check if you're in the environment you just created? In Admin center, you can click on your environment, and check the region.

     

    If you still see the error, could you send us your environment ID so we can do some troubleshooting?
