Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

In the onselect of an old fashioned dropdown I want to perform some action based on the item just selected.

But I find that the item refered to by mydropdown.selected (inside the onselect) refers for the item that was selected before selecting.

So what I encounter as happy ignorant low coder is that my actions are always one step behind when selecting an item.

Beside the filosophical question in which universe this would constitute as logical I would like to know what the intended way would be to deal with this.
