Help Desk Support - Environment Live BUT isn't showing data or Solutions

Got this error message yesterday "There was an issue retrieving your most up-to-date data. Some features may not behave correctly until a successful connection is established."  I'm an admin on the environment, so I've got permissions.

When I open the app from MS Teams, I get this error "We’ve run into a server error. Some functions might not work right now but you can continue to use the app."

How do I get some support to resolve this issue?  I was 3 days into building an app. Hate to start over in another environment since I can't export what I've already built.
