Is it currently possible to share my apps with team members on project oakdale so they can edit them also?

While it is not officially supported, you can technically do this using the admin platform. I would expect this functionality to either (1) be limited in the future or (2) brought into the Studio at some point. I agree that having collaborators on the Teams apps is ideal.

    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

    • Select the name of the Team (as an environment)
    • In navigation bar, select
      • Resources
      • PowerApps
    • Find you app and select Share
      • Share to another user as owner

Again, this isn't officially supported. I cannot guarantee the outcome. Obviously, the user(s) you share with as Owners need to be in the Team/environment, and may also need to be Owners in the Team.
