Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am a complete newbie to all things Microsoft 365/Power Apps and so please bear that in mind.

I am interested in using the template Power App for vacation requests, but we do not have one standard vacation allowance. Employee 1 may have 28 days and employee 2 may have 33 days. The template seems to assume that everyone has the same and in OnStart I can only change that fixed number of days.

How, step-by-step, can I change it so that I can easier set the number of days' leave for each member of staff at the beginning of each year. Logically there must be a way of me adding that to an Excel sheet somewhere and that being pulled into the app???
