Hello,

I have a Power Apps connected to a Power BI report that allows me to modify information about User Voices in an Excel file, and I would like to create a Power Automate flow that will be activated when I click on the Update UV button. And which would allow me to retrieve the new state of the User Voice and then modify this state in Azure DevOps.

Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to create a Power Automate flow that will update the state of a User Voice in Azure DevOps based on the changes made in Power Apps.

In Power Apps, add a button to trigger the flow and set its OnSelect property to

PowerAutomate.Run(AzureID)

In Power Automate, create a new flow with the trigger "Power Apps"
add an action "Initialize variable" to store the AzureID value from Power Apps.
add an action "Azure DevOps - Get work item details" and provide the connection, organization name, project name, and work item ID of the User Voice you want to update.
add an action "Azure DevOps - Update work item" and provide the same connection, organization name, project name, and work item ID as before. In the Fields section, select the field you want to update, such as "System.State", Save and test your flow.
