    I see no question, and i am sorry you cannot, but you provided no details, no images etc
     
    I want the 26 seconds of my life back and the data i paid for to look at this... non question statement.

    You need to put a PowerApp visual on the PowerBi report first then go from there. Creating an app outside wont work since the PowerBi integration will only be connected if you embedded the visual first in Bi. Unless the app you created already have the PowerBi Integration connector, go to your report -> Edit Mode -> Add PowerApps Visual -> Existing App then click Edit.
