Specific Topic Redirection is not working inside Teams

Hello everyone,
 
I have a the current conversation flow setup inside studio.
 
What it should do is redirect to the Hardware orchestration topic. When testing in copilot studio it does do this correctly.
 
Now after publishing to Teams I get this:
Which looks like its missing the redirect entirely as inside the studio I don't receive the redirected message.
All other redirects are working fine. Even in that specific spot in the conversation.
 
I've done some further testing and the redirect for that topic isn't working regardless of position in any conversation.
Appreciate taking your time to look at this.

    have you tried to readd the topic redirect? What trigger does the topic has? Is it the same as other topics which are running correctly?

    Hi Artur,
     
    There are no triggers on the topic. Currently it should be only accessed by redirects.
    I have tried the following to fix this:
     
    • Copy and paste the whole topic and try using the new copy. (Of the one I'm redirecting to)
    • Moving it to another location in the topic.
    • Removing the redirect and re-adding it.
    Currently no success. I'm probably going to have to recreate the entire topic again.

    To further on this, I've ended up having to recreate the topic from scratch.
     
    I still have the corrupt topic in my environment. I will conduct further research once I have time.
