Hi everyone,
I'm trying to stress test my pva bot and im figuring out how to make the below message more user friendly:
The first response was a fallback - something that I wrote. However I coudn't find where the topic of the 2nd response is - it's not in Error.
Does anyone know how to reconfigure this error message - I want to edit it to avoid panic from the users.
Backend of this solution is Azure OAI..

I'm assuming, it's a PVA2, if so there's an "on error" system topic where you can customize behavior of how errors are handled/communicated.

I tried reconfiguring the On Error System Topic but the issue is still there. In the image below, I wrote 'Send Message' activities just to see but it seems like the error message is from somewhere. I also tried to double click the error message to see where its coming from but nothing happens.
