Hello! I have searched through the forum and haven't found an answer to my question, so apologies in advance if I missed a solution. I would like to use a chatbot to work with customers after hours when we do not have live staff available to answer questions. We use a different live chat service during business hours.
Is there a way to set a day/time schedule for the chatbot? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!

Unfortunately, it's not possible yet to use it on the PVA bots. But you can raise your idea here: https://aka.ms/pva/community/ideas
