Setting a schedule for chatbot

Hello! I have searched through the forum and haven't found an answer to my question, so apologies in advance if I missed a solution. I would like to use a chatbot to work with customers after hours when we do not have live staff available to answer questions. We use a different live chat service during business hours.

 

Is there a way to set a day/time schedule for the chatbot? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!

    It's a great idea!

    Unfortunately, it's not possible yet to use it on the PVA bots. But you can raise your idea here: https://aka.ms/pva/community/ideas 

     

    You can do a workaround by calling the Power Automate workflow using the Greeting Topic and return a validation if the current date-time is after work hours: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-flow?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5003806
