Unsupervised learning - ML/NLP algorithms

Had a few questions:

  1. Is there an unsupervised learning feature that we can use?
  2. Are the advanced features listed in Advanced AI features (contains video) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs available now?
  3. Can you provide details on the NLP algorithms in use?
  4. Is the PVA NLP engine is proprietory?

    1. Not yet! Personally, I am not a fan of unsupervised models, and think the best practice is for humans with expertise closely engaged in the performance of their bot.

    2. Those features are available now, in public

    3,4: PVA uses a custom (and proprietary) model. We do not currently share advanced details of the model at this time.
