We have 100 flows running in various solutions in the environment. As system administrator how do I quickly find the flow(s) that just failed. Something fast not like checking each solution/flow
Thank you,
Hi @drhorg,
The Power Automate analytics within the Power Platform Admin Center will allow you to view statistics at the tenant level. There is a tab for Runs and within there is an Errors report.

Hi @drhorg ,
You can access reports as suggested by @ChrisPiasecki in the below post.
Alternatively you can set failure trigger for each flow and get the notification as and when the flow fails.

Hi Chris, many thanks for replying to me.
I did look at the Errors tab in the Power Platform Admin Center, it does show Flow IDs which i still need to map to Flow name (Powershell could help??). There is a table that shows WF ids with the error counts, but I did not find a drill through from the WF id to the WF errors? Would very much help if you provide some steps how from the Errors tab, you navigate straight to the WF that has errors
Many thanks,
This link worked for me to get to the place where I can click on the Errors tab:https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/analytics/flowI notice that the Name column showed the IDs initially and then after a moment loaded the actual name of each flow. But when I clicked on something else it went back to showing the ID and I had to refresh to page for it to display the names again. Seems to just be a bit buggy, but I am seeing the names of the flows and not the IDs for the most part
