Hello EveryOne ! 

Greetings . I wanted some information : I have a portal and there are 30 users and they don't have our domain email address hence what we are trying to do is to generate a generic email for every one. With that said I wanted to know :

1. Is it possible to login with generic email for all 30 users { time may differ or match}.

2.They will be using different device to login so will there be any issue ?

3. Does it will impact the performance ?

Any and every help is appreciate. Thanks !

    Welcome to the power pages forum. Here are the insights from my view 

    It is not the best practice to share common contact credentials with 30 members. Especially, this will create ambiguity while creating data and also hard to track the audit logging. 

     

    If I were you, I would create local login for your 30 members and share the credentials with them or invite them to your portal.

     

    Question 2 and 3 will be solved if you follow the first step.
