Hi there,
I am having trouble with my OpenAI data source not working in Power Virtual Agents.
I've successfully used my own data to create an Azure OpenAI chatbot model. I'm based in Australia and have set the OpenAI resource to East US (For POC purposes). What I've Done:
When I test the bot, it says to rephrase and ask again; it doesn't retrieve information from the documents I fed the OpenAI model. Is there any reason behind this?My end goal is to implement the Azure OpenAI chatbot into Teams through PVA. Could I please have some help with this matter, thank you. (I do not have strong coding knowledge so am looking for a low-code solution if possible please)
Does it work if you do not change the environment ID and deploy the PVA in the default env? Is your Azure resource and power platform environment on the same tenant (this is critical, otherwise it won't work)?

Hi, I'm having the same issue. How did you resolve this? All of my services is using Australia region but still unable to connect Azure OpenAI to PVA (Copilot).
