We are developing pipelines in devops to export solutions to new environment. The solution we have has a Plug-in Assembly. We have the same Plug-In Assembly in source control in Devops eg. picture1 below. We have a pipeline that exports from Power Apps test env to devops. It exports managed/unmanaged and unpacks a unmanaged solution so we have versioning on this. For deploy I am building the Plugin Solution 'TrainingBudget.Plugin.snl' and compare the Power apps unpacked .dll file (red rectangle) with the .dll file I receive from building 'TrainingBudget.Plugin.snl'. However when comparing it returns me 'Not Identical'. I know for a fact both source control has the latest Assembly and in Power Apps Solution it also has latest Assembly.
We try to do this to see if Plugin Assembly in Power Apps Solution has the latest code.

I'm desperate in need for some advice on this matter.
