Activities Types in Activities View

I need to reduce the list of Activities Types, which is available in the Activities Views as a drop-down list. Would be grateful for the hint.

I mean to adapt the list of the types according to the assumed in the system activites (I need to use only 3) and would lime to have an opportunity to choose only in frames of the 3 Activities.

Thank you!

    Hi

There is no standard way to remove this filter, since it is part of the application design by default, you would have to modify the code internally at the solution level to do so and this is not recommended.

As a component, it is not part of the Ribons, so you cannot use XRMToolBox to modify it. It is part of the view and within the view it is not a component that you can modify at the configuration level but in the solution code.

Just create a new View from this one (use the Save As... option) and filter it to include only the 3 tables that you need. Make sure to include their names in the name of the view not to mislead users. I remind you that you can choose which view to be the default one, as well as limit the views shown in a specific model-driven app.

Remove activities from your solution if not needed then it will remove from this list as well.
