Sharepoint Calculated Column Variable

I can't find any information on whether a calculated column in sharepoint can assign a value to a variable then perform more calculations from the result of the variable

    SharePoint calculated columns are calculated AFTER the record is saved.  So there isn't any way to involve Power Apps in the calculation of the column value itself.
