Hi All,

Is it possible to create a PowerApp that triggers a Remote Desktop Connection RDP file? Ideally the PowerApp will be placed on a SharePoint site webpage. When a user clicks the PowerApps button or link it connects to the RDP credentials box appears to a remote server.

Please Please say it can be done.

I think you will need try and configure the necessary server details, create a link or button to navigate the user to Sharepoint and download the .rdp file. After the download of the file user might be able to open the local machine and it will trigger the Remote Desktop connection. 🤞 (Fingers Crossed)

Need to use the Launch code for that -

Launch("https://YourSharePointSite/PathToRDPFile/connection.rdp")
