Any idea when uploading attachments (Word docs or PDFs) might be available in PVA?

We are creating a bot to help out our Service Desk and in some cases, uploading attachments would be really helpful. Any idea if this is on the roadmap or might be a possibility? I've seen it requested in the PVA uservoice, but not sure if any action is in the works on it. Thanks!

    Hello @DS2

    Unfortunately, this feature is still not here.

    Was hoping there might be some news about it on upcoming\roadmap and if it is a feature that the PVA team is looking at. Thanks!

    Hi @DS2 ,

    Adding more one comment on the @Jcook answer:

    It is not possible to do without using a code but you can do it using custom code If you are using your bot within the website, Power Apps Portals, SharePoint or something like that:

    1. Deploy a custom web-canvas (see documentation) that supports attaching images / files
    2. Upload the image / file to your own Azure Blob storage
    3. Send the URL as a message activity (response to a question node) so that it gets assigned to a variable
    4. Use that URL in Flow / Skills to achieve your desired outcome

    Microsoft has provided a github sample that attempts to mimic this capability.

    Thanks, @renatoromao - any documentation on doing this in Teams - is that possible yet? Thanks!

    @DS2 ,

    No, it is only available for web platforms.
