Hi
i need help with the form or a custom sharepoint list in powerapp. In sharepoint appears in english, but in powerapps appears in spanis.

Take a look at this article on PowerApps localization. I suspect that the client is overriding something in PowerApps studio and defaulting to your local language, while SharePoint is defaulting to the Tenant language based on region. The article explains how to detect and control languages in PowerApps.

I have a question
Because before the spanish language appered in the list of sharepoint and powerapps. Now I must change the languaje to each form.
I don't know for sure, but I would suspect you'll need to edit each applicaation and then Publish a new version to get them to convert the default language.
