Deleted item from PowerApps

Hi,
 
In May, I was off sick for two months and someone deleted an item from PowerApps and I haven't been able to see who.
Is there a way to see who has made any changed to the current powerApps App.

    Hey. If you go to the Power Apps Maker Portal, search for the app, and select Details, you should see the app version history, like the example below.
     
    It is possible to restore previous versions if required too.

    Hi Keith, thanks for the reply. I was able to restore from pervious versions, but I wasn't able to see who deleted the update Button and this is what I want to know. If someone makes changes to the App, how can I see this ?
     
     
    In SharePoint, I can set an Alert:
     
     
    But I can't seem to be able to set an alert in PowerApps.

    The app version history does contain a Modified By column which should show who made the app change.
     
    I appreciate that it may take a few apps restores to find which app version had the button removed, but I believe that's the only way of finding that out.
