Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Operation data Integration

hi guys,

    when i configration dynamics 365 and dynamics 365 opertaion data integration, i got exception, anybody know reason? i really don't know how to fix it, help me...

    Hi @v-monli-msft,

    since the Dynamics Data Integration is a feature of the Common Data Service which is part of the Business Platform my first intention also was to go here.

    Besides that, when you click on "support" in the PowerApps/Flow/Businessplatform Admin Center (where the Dynamics 365 Integration feature is available) you get forwarded to the PowerApps Forum.

     

    I get both an import exception ("Export for From CRM accounts to CDM Account didn't return valid package URI") and an export exception ("CRM export failure - Could not find file 'D:\SvcFab\_App\IntegratorType_App3\temp\689f821d-391c-45a3-b685-cdac0b9b0c29.csv'.") when launching an integration project.
    I used the "Accounts (Sales to Fin and Ops)" template and didn't change anything but some mappings. The connection set should work.

    I would also prefer to just open a support ticket specifically for the Common Data Service but it looks like this PowerApps Forum is all we got. I also posted the issue in the Dynamics Forum but don't know if I should expect much since the issue is not directly related to Dynamics 365.
    Do you know who/where I can turn to? Someone who works on the Common Data Service (Data Integration Feature).
    Also it would be gratifying if there was a proper support/ticket system (for serious incidents) besides the forum (for more general questions) - especially for partners/companies which need to deploy solutions to other customers.

    I know you are likely not responsible for that, but I honestly do not know where else to go since every attempt to open a ticket or receive support leads me here.
