Control (rating) not displaying in web player

Hi all,

I can't seem to get rating stars to display using the web player. Works fine in studio preview and on Android. Any ideas? I've ensured that the "Explicit Column Selection" feature is off in advanced settings.

Do you published and use the latest version.

I test it on my side and it works ok.

Could you please create one new and test it again?

Could you please turn off improved app rending option and then try it again?

Hi @v-yuxima-msft,

Thank you for the guidance. I turned off the improved app rending, republished the app, closed and reopened the app, but ran into the same issue using Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.19236.

I tried using the webplayer in Chrome and the rating stars appropriately displayed. Are you aware of any browser-specific issues similar to this one?
