We have deployed a Copilot Studio agent where users can provide feedback via thumbs up and thumbs down, optionally with comments.

In Copilot Studio, this feedback is visible under Analytics > Reactions, including per-reaction details and satisfaction metrics.

Our goal is to export all individual reactions, thumbs up and thumbs down, including any user comments, and link them to the related conversations in Dataverse, for example via the ConversationTranscript table.

So far, we have not been able to find where these individual reactions are stored in Dataverse, or whether they are exposed through any standard Power Apps table.

Are thumbs up/down reactions stored in Dataverse at all?
If so, which table contains this data?
If not, is there another supported way to export or access reaction-level feedback and correlate it with conversation transcripts?

Any pointers or documentation would be appreciated.

Currently, thumbs up/down reactions and feedback collected via Copilot Studio’s built-in analytics are not stored in standard Dataverse tables and are not directly accessible via Power Apps, Dataverse, or standard export tools.

Key points:

Reaction data (thumbs up/down, comments) is stored in Copilot Studio’s internal analytics system, not in Dataverse.

There is no standard Dataverse table that contains these reactions or user comments.

The Analytics > Reactions view in Copilot Studio is the only place to see this data natively.

Export/Access options:

There is currently no supported API or export method to programmatically retrieve individual reaction-level feedback from Copilot Studio.
You can manually export summary analytics from the Copilot Studio portal, but this does not include detailed, per-reaction data linked to conversation transcripts.

Copilot Studio has built-in transcript logging. Full conversation transcripts are stored in Dataverse (table: ConversationTranscript) with timestamps and the full chat history (stored as JSON).

You might want to check that JSON if it has information on feedbacks.
