I am trying to import a managed solution manually into an environment. I am unable to do so because of the error " Connections could not be loaded - Please try again later"

    Hi ,

    1) Review the solution you're trying to import and check if it has dependencies on specific connections. Make sure all required connections are available and properly configured in your environment.

    2) Sometimes, caching issues in your browser can cause unexpected errors. Try clearing your browser cache and then attempt to import the solution again.

    Hi @VeeraVaishnavi

Are you using any custom connector?

Yes, we are using custom connectors involving dataverse, azure, sharepoint , power admin etc.

While importing a new solution to a new environment, we will reestablish the connections/connection references. I will recheck the connections in existing environment and try importing the solution again.

if your custom connectors require access to Azure resources, ensure that the associated Azure AD app registrations have the necessary permissions granted. Review the app registration settings in the Azure portal to confirm.

When importing the solution into another environment, the owner of the custom connector should match the one from which the solution was exported.

There were 62 connection references in solution in source environment. When all connections references were revisited, we could identify 4 - 5 connection references were not configured correctly.

Highlighted one was not given correctly. Once these connections were corrected for the connection references, we were able to successfully solve the error occurred while trying to import in the target environment.
