Error - Sorry the bot can't talk right now

Hi - I have built an agent in Copilot studio which fecthes data from SAP by making Odata calls. The agent has been published in Teams.
 
Randomly I get an error 'Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: FlowActionBadRequest. Conversation ID:'
 
Normally the bot responds within seconds, but when this error happens bot takes about 3-4 secs to respond and then throws this error.
 
I am attching a screenshot of the activities, in some cases a particluar topic has a very high runtime. 
 
 
I have checked there is no error logged in SAP backend which means the calls never reached the backend. Does anyone have a solution for this issue ?

    For this Activity you will have a Tool, which will be a Power Automate Flow.
     
    Can you please go to Power Automate.com and go to the Environment where this Agent is.
    Then go to Flows
     
    Find the flow that is run for this Tool
    You will probably see ones that are running none stop or massive retries etc
     
    please please please use pictures to share the data back to me.
     
    Need to find the correct flow. Need to review the History (the Details Page) so we can see whats already running
    We need to open one of them if they are still running and see what step it is stuck on.
     
    Need to make sure you are opening every action as many will have hierarchy and share the details all the way down.
     
    Its possible one you look into the Flow you might realize what the issue is also.

    Hi Michael - Pls see the activities for this agent. There are some of them which are just stuck.
     
    Btw I added some more keywords for all the topics and since then I haven't seen that error. I have tested with over 100 chat messages with the agent in teams. 
     
    Not sure if this issue happens becuase the bot is not able to pick up the correct topic.
