Refresh Power BI Report

ReportReport

Hi,

I have a power Bi report in the Power app screen, passing the filter value as follows.

"https://app.powerbi.com/reportEmbed?reportId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxautoAuth=true&ctid=dbef0a1e-8c75-4b96-a4d9-2265ed8043f2&filter=RadarView/MaturityAssesmentID eq '"&MaturityAssessmentID&"' "

Also, using the Power Automate to refresh the data set.

No matter which Assesmnet ID I passed, the Power Bi report by default shows me Assesmnet ID until I manually change the report as follows.

Can Someone please help me with this.

Thanks.

Are you using a DirectQuery data source such as SQL or DataVerse? Basically, data refreshes instantly with a DirectQuery data source but your Refreshes are limited using any other data source.

Thanks, I m using SharePoint; I know the limit is 8 times per day.

But the issue is it's not showing me the correct report even less than 8 times.

    Thanks.

Sorry, are you trying to Refresh a PBI Report that is inside of a PowerApp? If so, I don't have any experience with this, sorry.

One thing you could consider is data type differences between your Assessment ID in the URL and the PBI Report. In the report are these type Number? If so, the URL is probably sending / using type Text so you may need to use Text in your report or convert the URL text to Number ... somehow.

Also, can you Refresh the PBI Object in your App? Like I said, I've never used this feature but thinking something like that maybe available?
