Upload a file using customer icon and 【click svg picture then trigger upload function】

Hi, all :

How are you?

Could I ask a question?

Is possible power app upload a file using customer icon?

Nornal step is like : please see the picture【normal_step.png】

Need   step is like : please see the picture【need_step.png】

 

I have a svg picture already. 

【I need to click svg picture then trigger upload function】
