I am newbie in PVA. Recently I have created a PVA chatbot and build few topics with adaptive card and power flow etc and it sees working in test environment. The main issue is trigger phrases, we need to exactly type the defined phrases other wise it does not work. If I use Gen AI features and add my website from where data is to be taken, then bot behaves differently. Our bot is very customized as we need to give information to the visitors and also collect their data /information in certain use case, it is not just one way information. Any suggestion will be appreciated!
