I need help understanding what is required to get my MCP tools to show up in a configured agent. Here are my details:

1. Have created and deployed a FastMCP server to azure

2. Tool was written in Python

3. Created the swagger definition and chose streamable. Does not seem to work.

4. Connection is created but tools are not displayed

5. Server does work with curl and FastMCP Client

Anyone else getting this work?
