Hi PowerApps Community

I'm trying to build a power apps that populates a word document via Flow

I want to use dropdown in the powerapp, but when i do that I get an error in powerapps, I wanna send the selected value to flow so I can populate the word document, but it's expecting a text value instead of selected.text.

if there a way to easily fix this?

Should be Dropdown3.Selected.fieldname (replace "fieldname" with whatever value fromt the dropdown you want to select).
so if it is Name, you would do
Dropdown3.Selected.Name
