Dataverse Power Apps layout issue

Hi,

I created a Dataverse (Teams) Power Apps with two screens, let's say the first one is a "Dynamic" screen, which is using the featureset of the horizontal and vertical containers. On the Build tab it looks nice when I check the canvas itself or run it via the "Preview" option. Here is a screenshot how it looks like.

But when I publish it to a Teams channel and run it from there the layout has a few problems. The top menu section which is a Gallery is not in the right place, the Gallery control is missing from the left panel or not visible for some reason and the icons have a slight rotation.

The second screen is a "Static" screen, it has the same controls but instead of the horizontal and vertical containers it is using the default container component.

If I close the published app and open it again but the "Static" screen first, it works fine. Then I navigate to the "Dynamic" screen where the issue is still there, then I navigate back to the previous "Static" screen, it becomes faulty with the same symptoms that the "Dynamic" screen has. However it worked fine before I opened the "Dynamic" screen.

Any idea what's going on?

Could you tell me:
Firstly, do you have a horizontal container or a vertical container in your screen?
Secondly, In this horizontal container or this vertical container, have you embedded a container?

If so , The reason for the icon rotation is found. When you insert a container into a horizontal container/ vertical container, the icon will rotate.
In addition, the reason for not showing gallery is that you insert a container into a horizontal container/ vertical container too.

I suggest you use another type of container.

thank you for your quick reply, I'm using both type of containers in a nested way, I'm also using the standard container inside the vertical / horizontal container. My layout hierarchy is the following:
Screen
VerticalContainer
HorizontalContainer //The menu
Button
Gallery
HorizontalContainer //The body
VerticalContainer //Left panel
Label
Container
Icon
TextBox
Container
Button
Icon
Icon
Gallery
Is this a limitation or a bug, that the nested containers have this strange behaviour? It would be awesome if it could support the nested h / v containers.

Hi @dkalmar ,

I have reported the problem to the relevant staff. And I received their reply.
Powerapps will resolve this issue in a future version.
Until then, please avoid nesting vertical/horizontal containers.
I am deeply sorry about this and thank you for your understanding.
