I want to make an app like timezone.io
How I can control the timezone for each country?
I use Dateadd function which only working for me. If someone using the app from different time zone then it's useless.

You can use the TimeZoneOffset function to reduce your local time back to UTC, and then calculate whatever time you need from there.

How I can add time to Live UTC?
"TimeInSec" is my Timer to run the clock.
You can add/subtract units of time with a statement similar to:
DateAdd( Now(), 6, Hours ) // This one adds 6 hours to current time
