Suppose I have an Excel sheet containing names of all the tenants of an apartment building, payment due date, payment date, payment status, and number of days overdue. So I have the following fields in my Excel sheet:

FullName, Payment Due Date, Payment Date, Payment Status, Days Overdue

I am trying to show in PowerApp the total number of people who have not yet paid their rent . The following is what I have tried but it is not working.

CountIf(Filter(ExcelTable, ExcelTable.'Payment Status' = 'Unpaid'))

I believe the issue is you don't need the "filter" in your function. Try this instead:

CountIf(ExcelTable, ExcelTable.'Payment Status' = 'Unpaid')

Have you tried this removing the "ExcelTable."? Like this:

CountIf(ExcelTable, 'Payment Status' = 'Unpaid')
