My copilot studio environment not opening

Hi,

I had created a copilot in a custom environment and everything was fine. But all of a sudden, i can only access the default environment but not the custom environment housing my copilot. when i try to communicate with the bot via Teams it returns this error "Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:1yN8bMMMJo1UokFMcfdkarx8o9lC9nz-vouY7A1JH6WLp6piNlVTBwD4WDxeLm5CwCMbeR1e0Gv7mQQ1RgM85QGHmEmblDurZnVQzGBEc8HpWzhENUmfcuooqOAVBwuc4. Time (UTC): 5/15/2024 10:12:20 AM."

Other users that i gave access to the bot can still communicate with the bot as of 14/05/2024 via Teams.

Accessing power virtual agent through Teams, i could see the environment and the bot but when i click on the bot, nothing happens; it's not loading.

I don't know if the copilot studio platform has issues or not.

Any help i can get is appreciated.

I am having the same issue that my custom environment is not opening while I can access the default environment. Every copilots in the custom environment cannot be edited but the bots are still functioning normally for the users. I can open power virtual agent through teams and see my environment and the bots. However, when I click on the bot to edit, it is still loading and nothing happens even after waiting for more than an hour. I tried to export those bots to default environment but not successful as export function is not found in power virtual agent through teams and cannot open my custom environment in copilot studio. Any help would be appreciated and thanks.

We have the same issue. There is a disturbance out for bots in Teams (PP793062). You can check its status in Power Platform admin center - Service Health | Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)

I am also facing similar kind of problems, sometimes the copilot studio page is taking forever to load , if I refresh the page it is not working fine. All of a sudden today the boty stopped working and started throwing me an error:

When Copilot studio doesnt open or you cant access any of the previous configured topics you created. The application is cache some of your responses. Since Copilot studio runs in a browser, delete all the cache data in your browser and open a inginito window. This should open copilot studio without caching.
